To say that New York City lacks greenspace is an understatement. We walk the streets shoulder to shoulder and live one on top of the other in apartments that lack square footage. One of the underrated ways of fighting this congestion is to walk across our many beautiful bridges. The most beautiful being the Brooklyn Bridge. With its beautiful views and towering structures the Brooklyn Bridge is like an urban Grand Canyon. On this particular walk I was focused on the many parts that keep this very old structure intact. In this case the heavy cables backed by a brilliant Fall sky in 2014.
