I was in New York City on September 11, 2001 when the World Trade Center was attacked and brought down. To see the "rebuilt" Freedom Tower rise out of the skyline is a powerful yet somber reminder of that day. For me it symbolizes the resilience of our great city. This picture was taken on MacDougal street in Greenwich Village.
